中英双语，无需注册，练习记录保存在当前浏览器。可在设置中配置自己的模型服务。

## Upstream sync / 主仓库同步

2026-10-03: dinner cast update from [SocialCoach `c73acfe`](https://github.com/GeminiLight/SocialCoach/commit/c73acfe7d4788d1666dc576bb73f433f96d81a35). Synced the nine character appearances, wardrobe and portrait geometry, eye-height tracking, pose reset, CSS tokens, and cast regression tests. Only the character portrait class was updated in the dinner UI; the Studio model integration stays at its previously verified version.

三桌人物外形与配套视线、姿态修复来自主仓库；本次没有同步主站后续的模型可用性集成。主仓库继续作为唯一开发主线。
