·Trial Selection:
For T2I, my results weren't better than the existing release from pottokao/Qwen-Image-2.1-PE-T2I-Heretic. Therefore I quantized his work and publish it here(Refusals: 3/100, KL Divergence: 0.036).
For I2I, I ran 600 trials and picked the optimized one with Refusals：4/100, KL Divergence:0.0325.

### Derivation Chains
This repository contains **two independently derived, non-commercial research artifacts**, which do
**not** share the same provenance. Please read the applicable chain for the variant you use.

The upstream abliteration of the T2I variant was **not** produced by this repository's author. It was
produced by **pottokao** (`https://huggingface.co/pottokao/Qwen-Image-2.1-PE-T2I-Heretic`) and is used
here as permitted under the Qwen RESEARCH LICENSE AGREEMENT.
### Base License
The upstream models `Qwen-Image-2.1-PE-I2I` and `Qwen-Image-2.1-PE-T2I` are developed and owned by
**Hangzhou Tongyi Laboratory Technology Co., Ltd.** Both are licensed — and every derivative in this
repository, including all upstream derivatives, is distributed — under the **Qwen RESEARCH LICENSE
AGREEMENT** (Release Date: **September 20, 2026**).
A copy of that agreement is distributed with this repository as `LICENSE`. By downloading, using, or
distributing any artifact in this repository, you are deemed to have accepted its terms.
### Non-Commercial Use Only
Under **Section 2** of the agreement, the rights granted are limited to **NON-COMMERCIAL PURPOSES
ONLY**, where "Non-Commercial" is defined in **Section 1.i** as *"for research or evaluation purposes
only"*.
**All artifacts in this repository are provided for research and evaluation purposes only. Any
commercial use is strictly prohibited.** Commercial use requires a separate license obtained
directly from the rights holder, as specified in the agreement.
### Redistribution Conditions
Subject to Section 2, these artifacts and any derivative work of them may be redistributed, with or
without modification, **provided that all of the following conditions are met**:
1. **Section 3.a** — You must give any recipient a copy of the Qwen RESEARCH LICENSE AGREEMENT.
2. **Section 3.b** — Modified files must carry prominent notices stating that you changed them.
3. **Section 3.c** — You must retain the attribution notice quoted in the **Notice** section below in
a "Notice" text file distributed as part of your copies.
4. **Section 3.d** — You may add your own copyright statement and additional or different license
terms for your own modifications, provided your use, reproduction, and distribution otherwise

Because the T2I variant is a derivative of a derivative, **the conditions above apply to both
upstream layers**. If you further redistribute the T2I variant, you must carry the license and the
attribution notice through the whole chain, and you should additionally credit **pottokao** as the
author of the intermediate abliteration.
### Attribution
Pursuant to **Section 4.b**: if you use these models, the base materials, or any outputs or results
derived from them to create, train, fine-tune, or improve an AI model that is distributed or made
available, you shall prominently display **"Built with Qwen"** or **"Improved using Qwen"** in the
related product documentation.
### Naming
Pursuant to **Section 4.c**: **"Qwen" must not be used as the primary name or identifier of any
derivative work or product.** Reasonable descriptive use is permitted.
**Note on this repository's identifier:** the repository slug contains the base models' names for
**descriptive purposes only**, in order to identify the upstream models this work derives from. It is
an immutable technical identifier and is **not** used as the primary name, branding, or product
identifier of this work. The display name of this repository does not use "Qwen". This is an
independent, non-commercial research derivative and is **not an official Qwen release**.
### No Endorsement
This is an **independent, personal, non-commercial research project**. It is **not affiliated with,
sponsored by, endorsed by, or approved by** Hangzhou Tongyi Laboratory Technology Co., Ltd., the Qwen
team, or any of their affiliates, nor by **pottokao**. Any views, modifications, or defects in these
derivative works are the responsibility of their respective authors alone.
### Ownership of Modifications
Pursuant to **Section 5.a**, and conditioned upon compliance with the agreement, modifications and
derivative works are owned by the party that made them:
- the abliteration of the **I2I** variant, and the INT8 ConvRot quantization of **both** variants,
are the property of **tuanlai**;
- the abliteration of the **T2I** variant is the property of **pottokao**;
- all intellectual property rights in the base models and materials remain with the rights holder.
### Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
**Section 6** applies. The materials are provided **"AS IS"**, without any express or implied warranty
of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, or fitness for a particular
purpose. No warranty is made and no responsibility is assumed for the safety or stability of these
models or any output generated by them. This includes, without limitation, any change in behaviour
resulting from quantization.
In no event shall the rights holder be liable for any damages, including but not limited to any
direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use,
the materials or any output of them, regardless of cause.
**You will defend, indemnify, and hold the rights holder harmless** from and against any claim by any
third party arising out of or related to your use or distribution of the materials.
### Termination
Pursuant to **Section 7**, the agreement commences upon acceptance or access and continues until
terminated. The rights holder may terminate the agreement if you breach any of its terms. Upon
termination, you must delete and cease all use of the materials.
### Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Pursuant to **Section 8**, the agreement and any dispute arising out of or relating to it are governed
by the **laws of the People's Republic of China**, without regard to conflict of law principles; the
UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. The **People's Courts
in Hangzhou City** have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute.
