此模型适配自[vllm-ascend/MiniMax-M2.5-eagel-model-0318](https://modelscope.cn/models/vllm-ascend/MiniMax-M2.5-eagel-model-0318)，不可商用，仅限于sglang npu测试使用

此模型使用了norm_before_residual，与sglang现有eagle3实现稍有不同，因此需要使用SGLANG_EXTERNAL_MODEL_PACKAGE环境变量注册自定义模型，否则会报错
