# MiniMax-H3 4-Step FlashGen Native LoRA

4-step distilled native-layout LoRA for [MiniMax-H3](https://huggingface.co/MiniMaxAI/MiniMax-H3) T2VA. Trained with DMD2 distillation on Ascend NPU.

Runtime native artifact for vllm-omni `--lora-backend peft`. No merge into base weights is required.
