# ChromoMultiSet

## 中文介绍
ChromoMultiSet 是一套整合多源染色体核型图像的集成数据集，汇集 4 套公开染色体子数据集，用于中期染色体检测、实例分割、计数与染色体异常识别任务。
包含 AutoKary2022、CIL:54816（Taichung）、ChromSeg、清洗后 COCO 子集；涵盖完整中期分裂相图、单染色体裁剪图、图像块，配套 JSON / VOC XML / COCO 格式标注，以及染色体数目与结构异常标签。
数据集仅开放学术研究使用，各子数据集保留原有开源协议，引用时请同时标注各原始数据集文献。

## English Introduction
ChromoMultiSet is an integrated multi-source chromosome karyotype dataset combining four sub-datasets for metaphase chromosome detection, instance segmentation, counting and abnormality analysis.
It contains metaphase spread images, single-chromosome crops and image patches with JSON, VOC XML and COCO annotations, including labels for numerical and structural chromosomal abnormalities. This dataset is for academic research only. Please follow the original license of each subset and cite the corresponding source papers.

## 数据集概况 / Dataset Overview
该数据集集合包含 4 个子数据集 / This repository aggregates 4 chromosome sub-datasets:

1. **AutoKary2022**（主训练集 / Main training set）：49 名患者，615 张图像 + JSON 标注，3.29 GB
2. **CIL:54816 / Taichung**：7000 张图像 + 7000 份 VOC XML 标注，1.04 GB
   - 包含 5000 张完整中期分裂相图、2000 张单染色体裁剪图、YOLOv4 预训练权重、正常 / 数目异常 / 结构异常 CSV 标签、训练测试划分 txt 文件
   - License: CC BY 4.0
3. **ChromSeg**：345 张重叠图像块（256×256），3.30 MB
4. **清洗后 COCO 子集 / Cleaned COCO subset**：train/val/test 划分（439 / 88 / 88），共 26,338 个标注实例，4.34 MB
